How do I determine the right size for my Flojos sandals?
Most of our sandals run true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the next size up for the most comfortable fit. Please refer to our detailed size guide on the product page for specific measurements.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. If you need a different size or style, simply initiate an exchange through our online portal within 30 days of delivery.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Are Flojos sandals water-friendly?
Many of our styles are designed with water-resistant materials perfect for the beach or pool. However, leather and suede models should be kept dry to maintain their quality and longevity.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our quality. Flojos offers a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Please note this does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
